Petitioner is named in the first information report but informant has only expressed her suspicion against the petitioner on the ground that deceased had left his home in the company of the petitioner and on the next day, the dead body of the deceased was brought to his home by another person. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that witnesses have stated almost similar statement in course of investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
