The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that only one cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2019.
