Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught on the spot with stolen mobile and he carries criminal antecedent of altogether six cases of similar nature, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at least, at this stage and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 265 of 2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi stands rejected.
However, learned trial court is directed to expedite
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2795 of 2016 (2) dt.02-02-2016 2/2 the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same as early as possible.
