Mr.Partha Sarthi- GA4 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Following is the relief sought for in the present writ application:

" For issuance of a writ, order or direction including a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondents to provide the application and action regarding the D.B. No. 339 dated 26-02-2008 and pass an appropriate order for grant of arms licence to the petitioner for protection of life and property of the petitioner and/or pass an appropriate order which the petitioner is entitled to".

The petitioner has sought for an information regarding

Patna High Court CWJC No.1069 of 2019(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 present status and action taken report with regard to his application under Right to Information Act vide Annexures- 1 & 2 of the writ application. But no information has been given to the petitioner by the respondents/authorities. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file an application/representation with all details and necessary papers before the competent authority for redressal of his grievance within a period of one month from today. The competent authority shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation/application.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
