The order, dated 04.10.2018, passed by the Bihar Land Tribunal, in BLT Case No. 522 of 2017, which is under challenge in the present writ proceeding, was under challenge in CWJC No. 3095 of 2019 (Md. Irfan v. The State of Bihar and Others), which has been disposed of by an order, dated 18.02.2019, passed by this Court.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner agrees that the said order of this Court, dated 18.02.2019, shall govern the present case also.
