JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2021 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition in view of the deliberations which have taken place during the course of arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the respective parties, however he seeks a direction upon the respondents no. 5 and 6, as also upon the Governing body of the College, to pay the outstanding salary of the petitioner herein, which was

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as not pressed, however with a direction to the Governing body of the College, specially the respondent nos. 5 and 6 to consider the matter of the petitioner, regarding payment of salary, sympathetically and make endeavours to pay the outstanding salary to the petitioner forthwith, in accordance with law. The aforesaid decision regarding payment of outstanding salary to the petitioner is directed to be taken within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
