Petitioner is accused in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 324 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The injury report (Annexure-2) prepared by the Private Doctor does not support the alleged occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.10.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
