For the Petitioner/s :
Mr. SANJAY KUMAR 7 Mr. .
For the Respondent/s : Mr. (SC20) =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-08-2015 *************** 10.08.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Writ application is dismissed on the sole ground that the petitioner was appointed under the head of compassionate appointment way back in the year 2003. Petitioner is more than half a way through his service career. This Court is not inclined to show compassion within compassion by giving any direction to appoint him on Class-III post now.
Even otherwise the respondents have taken a plea that an examination was conducted to test his efficiency and proficiency for such appointment in which
Patna High Court CWJC No.9985 of 2008 dt.10-08-2015 2/2 he had failed.
Matter is required to rest at that.
Writ application is dismissed.
