The petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of robbing the truck loaded with paddy bags. The name of the petitioner sprang up during confession on the confession of the co-accused. Statements have been made in para 10 and 11 of the petition that neither there is any recovery from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on T.I.P.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamui in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 41 of 2014.

Since the petitioner has serious criminal antecedent, the learned court below will positively cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he substantially gets involved in some serious nature of the offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions.
