2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 45 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5446 of 2025(3) dt.19-04-2025 2/2 this case and is in custody since 05.09.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the statement of the victim girl it appears that she had left her home on her own.

7. Though the learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail but considering the statement of the victim girl, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 45 of 2022.
