2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of 'Dowry Death'.

4. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and has been roped in this case with general and omnibus allegation. Informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2023. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail.

6. However, considering the aforesaid facts and
