The petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365 of the Indian Penal Code and 6 of Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act.
It is alleged that the informant has some scuffle at her house then she left her house, reached to Malda and roaming around she met with the petitioner. The petitioner and the informant visited Dakhineshwar temple and thereafter they came to Gaya when the informant did not find appropriate to stay in the company of the petitioner she wanted to inform her parents but the petitioner restrained the informant from doing so and persuaded
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14955 of 2015 (02) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 her for flesh trade.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation no case under Section 365 IPC is made out. Petitioner is an old lady and the investigation has already concluded.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Gaya in connection with Sessions Trial No. 513 of 2014/228 of 2014 arising out of Kotwali P.S.
