Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,354(A),504,506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act. The allegation against the petitioner is of sexual harassment to the minor girl aged about 16 years. Petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

No.3849 of 2019(3) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mahila Police Station Case No.65 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
