2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 454 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl. It has come in the statement of the victim girl that she was in a relationship with one Vikesh Yadav and she has eloped with him. The petitioner is in jail since 19.12.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,

No.5704 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJVIth- cum-POCSO Court, Buxar/ concerned Court in connection with Brahmpur P.S.
