This application is filed for quashing the order dated 18.12.2018 passed in Criminal Revision No. 25/17/32/14 by learned Additional District And Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-1, Civil Court, Gaya whereas and where under the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge had set aside the order passed by the Executive Magistrate, Gaya in Miscellaneious Case No. 460/04 under Section 145 of Cr.P.C.

3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the parties to file title suit if they have dispute over the property in question.
