The petitioner made second attempt for grant of bail in By-pass P.S. Case No. 138/2014 registered under Sections 406, 420, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant booked consignment worth Rs.

5,13,098/- to be transported through the truck bearing registration no. HR 38F 9278 but the truck did not reach its destination. The petitioner was caught and his confession was recorded. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 21.01.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for one and half years. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.S.
