Admittedly, marriage of the deceased had taken place six years ago with the son of the petitioner and after marriage, deceased spent near about 6 years in the house of the petitioner. Moreover, in the first information report, it has been mentioned that when informant went in the village of the petitioner, he came to know that deceased committed suicide jumping before a running train. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that deceased was a short tampered lady and, as a matter of fact, she committed suicide due to petty family feud.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of the fact that petitioner being father-in-law of deceased is languishing in jail custody since 20.11.2014, let the petitioner be released on bail on
