The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No.204 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 328, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have committed murder of daughter of the informant. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the present petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased, where, he is aged about 75 years old. It is submitted that there is eye witness of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5456 of 2024(3) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 the occurrence. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 31.12.2022. 5.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and as it appears from case diary that statement as made under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C. repeated the same statement as stated in FIR as regard to allegation against this petitioner for assaulting and causing murder of her daughter and as from perusal of postmortem report it appears that no external injury found upon the body of the deceased and cause of death could not be ascertained, where, viscera report was sent to forensic laboratory, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No.204 of 2022 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura.
