The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to register the name of the petitioner in the educational records as Mauladin Ansari @ Mawal Ansari It appears that in the certificates issued by the Bihar School Examination Board, Bihar Intermediate Education Council and the Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar, Bihar University, the name of the petitioner has been recorded as 'Mawal Ansari'.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application to raise the issue at the appropriate forum for

Patna High Court CWJC No.9615 of 2017(2) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 redressal of his grievance.

The writ application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforementioned.
