JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to prosecution case itself, the girls were recovered from the house of co-accused Rafique, who has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by the court below itself, vide order dated A.B.P.(K) No. 250 of 2014 so far as petitioners are concerned, there appears to be nothing against them.

Accordingly, above named, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11053 of 2015 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 Kishanganj Mahila P.S.Case No. 67 of 2014.
