The petitioners have renewed their prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.1087 of 2014 arising out of Fatuha P.S.Case No.90 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 144, 342, 324, 504, 447, 435, 379 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 3rd December, 2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 43102 of 2014.

Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12868 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 even though some other co-accused have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.

However, the learned Additional Sessions Judge III, Patna City is directed to hold the trial expeditiously and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order, failing which the petitioners would be at liberty to renew their prayer for bail.
