The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.. The stolen motorcycle of the irmormant was recovered from the possession of one co-accused Md. Shamim Petitioner was also with Md. Shamim and that is why the petitioner was also apprehended. Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
