2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 304B/120 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners and no specific overt act has been alleged against them. They happen to be in-laws of the deceased. Moreover, petitioners are separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5535 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Saharsa in Saur Bazar Police Station Case No. 520/2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
