In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing that part of the advertisement published under signature of respondent Director news by which applications are invited for preparation of the panel of stringer and for its selection in the district of Aurangabad as well as the whole District of the State of Bihar.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding

Patna High Court CWJC No.3781 of 2021 dt.03-03-2022 2/2 the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to continue as part time correspondent in Akashwani as well as stringer in Doordashan till the age of 60 years with all its consequential benefits including absorbing his service as stringer as well as part time correspondents.

(iii) Any other order or orders as your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case be granted to the petitioner."

Present petition cannot be entertained under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in the light of Section 19 of the Central Administrative Tribunal Act read with Apex Court's decision rendered in the case L. Chandra Kumar V. Union of India & Ors. reported in (1997) 3 SCC261 read with the case of S.P. Sampath Kumar V. Union of India reported in (1987) 1 SCC 124.

Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to prefer application before the appropriate forum.
