Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.08.2014, on the accusation that one six rounder loaded revolver and three live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner and the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases but considering the period of detention of the petitioner and also keeping in mind that one co-accused Kundan Kumar Mishra has granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S.Case No. 262 of 2014.
