Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 247 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the instant case 35.1 liters illicit Nepali made liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 29.11.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
