The petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2019 in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No.198 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of confessional statement made before the police by the father of the petitioner, the petitioner has also been rounded up in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather from the house of the petitioner, where other motorcycles were also parked. It is further submitted that the father of the petitioner has been extended the privilege of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1130 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 bail vide Cr. Misc. No.61322 of 2019 dated 15.10.2019 by coordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Naugachhia, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No.198 of 2018.
