The petitioner is named in the first information report but no overt act has been attributed against him and, moreover, one co-accused, Tahalu Rajak, having more or less similar accusation, has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail whereas co-accused Kallu Sharma has been ordered to be released on bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in custody since long.
