The petitioner is named in the first information report but no overt act has been attributed against him and, moreover, one co-accused, Tahalu Rajak, having more or less similar accusation, has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail whereas co-accused Kallu Sharma has been ordered to be released on bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in custody since long. Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
