JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one loaded country made pistol and a mobile phone were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the mobile phone belongs to him. Petitioner is in custody since 14.9.2021. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
