ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Magadh University P. S. Case No. 57/2008 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 307, 326/34 504 of the Indian Penal Code . It appears that vide order dated 10th December, 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10153/2013 a direction was issued to Trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. However, the petitioner without waiting for the aforesaid period mentioned in the order has preferred to renew his prayer for bail. Considering this, I am not inclined to grant bail to the above named petitioner. Accordingly, the application of bail is again rejected.
