Patna High Court MJC No.2768 of 2018(5) dt.01-03-2019 2/2 rejected but the reasons are obnoxious.
Having regard to the limited scope of the contempt jurisdiction where the Court cannot enter into the merit of the decision taken by the opposite parties in compliance of the direction issued by the writ court, the court is not inclined to proceed any further. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to challenge the decision of the opposite parties in accordance with law in appropriate proceeding. With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
