The petitioners are named in the first information report but general allegation of assault has been labelled against them and no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioners. No doubt, one person died in the alleged occurrence but, according to prosecution case, the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute. Moreover, one co-accused, Maharana Pratap Singh @ Rana Pratap Singh @ Maharana Pratap, having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4725 of 2016 (2) dt.11-02-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. case No.182 of 2015.
