24-03-2017 Sri Tej Bahadur Singh, learned senior counsel, on instruction of learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 8 as well as Sri Mani Kant Mishra, learned counsel for Accountant General, Bihar, submits that in view of facts disclosed in the counter affidavit, particularly Annexure 'A' to the counter affidavit i.e. Memo No. 555 dated 18-04-2008, grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. However, he requests for disposal of the petition with an observation to grant all consequential benefit.
