The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Musarigharari P.S. Case No.55 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the F.I.R. placed at Annexure-1 has submitted that though the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. but that is with the purpose of resolution of the dispute. He submits that the allegation is mainly directed against the Sushil Kumar Choudhary and some others and even in the F.I.R. it is mentioned that the deceased has accompanied with the accused Rakesh Kumar Choudhary whereafter he was found dead. Except for the presence of this

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of allegations, let the petitioner namely, Vinod Choudhary @ Vinod Kumar Choudhary in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 4th Samastipur in connection with Musarigharari P.S.
