2. The petitioners had alleged non compliance/ disobedience of the order dated 25.08.2015 passed in CWJC No. 19429 of 2013.

Learned counsel for the State and University submitted that the Court had directed for consideration of the matter afresh by the authorities and in the present case, the issue related to grant of permanent affiliation to the Goswami Laxminath Madhusudan Sanskrit Mahavidalaya in the district of Saharsa, which has been rejected by the Education Department by order contained in Memo No. 1570 dated 17.07.2019.

4. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to assail the rejection of permanent affiliation to the Institution before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
