JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 326(a), 341, 448, 504, 506 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he threw acid on the face of the son of the informant, as a result of which he sustained acid burnt injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no injury report of the son of the informant and the same fact has been conceded by learned APP before learned Sessions Judge.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6017 of 2015 (2) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 101 of 2014.
