Petitioner's counsel submits that he has submitted petition assailing selection of respondent no.7 before the Child Development Project Officer, Motipur, Muzaffarpur (Annexure 5).

Petitioner has already availed her remedy under new guidelines dated 27.05.2019.

Issue therefore, is yet to be examined by the competent authority under the guidelines. Therefore, there is no

Patna High Court CWJC No.1893 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 occasion for this court to look into the issue by exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Petitioner may pursue her remedy before respondent no.5. Respondent no.5 would also be under obligation to consider the claim of the petitioner and dispose it of by reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties concerned.

Writ petition is disposed of.
