JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of twenty cases but according to prosecution case itself, he was neither caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and furthermore, his name was disclosed by two accused persons who were arrested on the place of occurrence. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, coaccused, Dhirendra Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub
