The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that there is no evidence against the petitioner, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on
