JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 3.11.2015 in a case registered under section 467, 468, 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code on the accusation that he having posed himself to be Revenue Official, collected some amount from the poor villagers but he was caught by the villagers and some forged documents are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
