The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(B), 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have tried to outrage the modesty of informant. When the husband of informant came to the place of occurrence it alleged that all the accused persons assaulted him. The accused persons also snatched cash of Rs. 2,500/-.

It is submitted that there is land dispute between the parties and the alleged occurrence took place over the issue of fixing of Tatti. Both parties are Gotia. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

No.3297 of 2022(3) dt.08-09-2022 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/concerned court, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 219 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
