Petitioners are languishing in custody since 07.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 323, 341, 427, 448, 504 of the I.P.C and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that accused persons including the petitioners assaulted Ranjeet Yadav. Subsequently on the order of co-accused Sabuja Devi, her husband Jagdeo Yadav caused fire arm injury on the neck of Ranjeet Yadav who succumbed to the injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation of firing is not against the petitioners and other co-accused have been granted bail vide

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11078 of 2015 (2) dt.24-03-2015 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 9576 of 2015.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 312 of 2014.
