====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461, 379 of the Indian Penal Code to which Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code was added later on.

3. It is alleged that some unknown miscreants entered the shop of informant in the night and stole several mobile phones of different companies along with one laptop.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. F.I.R. is lodged against unknown and name of the petitioner surfaced during course of investigation only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused persons.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2294 of 2025(3) dt.17-03-2025 2/2 the bail application and submitted that petitioner has got four criminal antecedents of similar nature.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
