The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The police arrested four persons, namely, Anant Kumar, Premjeet Kumar, Tinku Kumar and Nitish Kumar and they disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Barh, Patna in Barh P.S. Case No. 461/2014.
