The present writ application has been filed for payment of arrears of pension as well as arrears of salary on

Patna High Court CWJC No.5580 of 2021(2) dt.27-08-2021 2/2 account of promotion of the petitioner to the post of Assistant Engineer after retirement and grant of first and second ACP. Learned counsel for the State referring to paragraph No.9 of the counter affidavit submits that after revaluation of the claim of the petitioner, it has been revealed that a sum of Rs.646/- is required to be paid to the petitioner towards arrears. In view of the statement made by the parties, the Superintending Engineer, Advance Planning Circle, Road Construction Department, Vishwesharaiya Bhawan, Bailey Road, Patna, respondent No.3, is directed to pay a sum of Rs.646/- to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ application is disposed with the aforesaid observation and direction.
