The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25(1-b)a/26(II)/35 of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended the petitioner and one Shravan Paswan. From the possession of the petitioner, one loaded country-made pistol with live cartridges was recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 19.09.2014. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in Para 3 of the Bail Petition. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about seven months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
