A pickup van loaded with vegetable was taken away by the unknown miscreants after overpowering the driver. The aforesaid pickup van was seized by the Dehri police on the same day having been parked in abandoned condition. As per para-37 of the case diary spy has disclosed petitioner along with others to have committed the offence. Furthermore, as per para-49 petitioner along with others was apprehended in connection with Risiup P.S. Case No.37 of 2014 and then thereafter has been remanded in this case without affecting any T.I. Parade, found charge sheeted.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17279 of 2015 (3) dt.30-06-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Vijai Yadav @ Sanjay Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, IVth, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No.263 of 2014.
