Petitioners seek bail in Guraru P.S. Case No.216 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 365 litres country made liquor has been recovered from the Tempo on which these petitioners along with another person were found sitting. Counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
