Petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, names of these petitioners surfaced in this case.

The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that for the occurrence of the same day, four cases were registered against the petitioners and several other persons and, as a matter of fact, more than 500 persons encircled the local police station in protest of killing of two persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial
