Challenging the same order, Letters Patent Appeal No.398 of 2017(The State of Bihar & Ors. Versus Mukesh Kumar Singh & Ors.) was filed by the State Government and on 10.01.2018, we had dismissed the Letters Patent Appeal filed by the State

Patna High Court LPA No.406 of 2017(8) dt.23-02-2018 2/2 Government.

For the grounds and reasons already considered and discussed by us in the order passed on 10.01.2018 in Letters Patent Appeal No.398 of 2017 (The State of Bihar & Ors.
